Custom Orders, Payments, and Refunds

Our bespoke embroidery art is created with meticulous care and personal attention. Understanding the process and policies for custom works ensures a smooth and satisfying experience:

   The Custom Order Process

   Initiate your custom order with an inquiry via our contact form or email. We will discuss your vision, provide a detailed quote, and establish a timeline. This collaborative phase ensures your unique embroidery art piece meets your exact specifications.

   Deposits and Commencements

   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on all custom embroidery orders. This deposit covers the initial design phase, material procurement, and secures your place in our artistic schedule. Due to the highly personalized nature of our hand-embroidered art, this deposit is crucial for covering initial project costs and cannot be reimbursed.

   Approval and Final Payment

   Before completion, we provide digital mock-ups or progress photos for your approval. Any minor adjustments can be discussed at this stage. Upon your final approval, the remaining 50% balance, plus shipping, becomes due. The completed artwork will be shipped once the full payment is received.

4. 4.

   Returns and Refunds for Custom Artwork

   Given the unique and personalized nature of custom hand-embroidered art, returns are generally not accepted. Our thorough approval process ensures your satisfaction before the piece is finalized and shipped. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation for repair or replacement.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

At Gerald Arnold Weissman, artistic integrity and the protection of creative works are paramount. Please review our policies regarding intellectual property:
